Changes:
v1.0
The Program was first created on an Sinclair ZX-81 in 1984.
v1.4
It was then ported in 1986 to a CP/M computer.
v1.6
1988 it was again ported, this time to an AT-class MS-DOS
computer.
v2.2
The program is ripe, and has not needed any upgrades as far
as the original concept is concerned, (the author hates to
re-invent the wheel). The only changes that have been made
are concerned with the User Interface. The latest change to
the interface only makes it look nicer.

Overview:
This program is created to make it easy to calculate the
resistor values needed to construct an attenuator to either
attenuate power or voltage or to transform the impedance
from one value to another.
It gives you the choice of either a Pi- or T-network attenu-
ator, to make it easier to find the resistors you need.
If you want to attenuate power, it also gives the wattage
ratings for the resistors.
To attenuate RF signals you should only use NON-INDUCTIVE
resistors, and at attenuations > 10 dB preferably split the
attenuator to 2 or more sections with a screen between the
sections. Generally it is recommended to put the attenuator
in a screened box/compartment at radio frequencies.
